Cartridge dust collector systems

Our dust collectors have capabilities from 1,000 CFM to 100,000 CFM and up.
The customized dust catcher are composed by the filter chamber housing, clean air chamber enclosure, filter bag, filter cage, pulse injection device, ash hopper, screw conveyor and discharger, etc. At the end, it needs centrifugal fan for power system. In another type of dust catcher, the dedusting job can be done by every chamber isolation. The every chamber of the pulse and soot cleaning cycle by soot cleaning program controller.
Bag House Dust Collector System
The features of this model include:
- 4,200 CFM Cartridge Filter System with 8 cartridges.
- Filters are 99.9% efficient.
- Automatic reverse jet cleaning via compressed air, (1) pulse valve per (2) cartridges for a total of (4)
- Dwyer pulse control timer board with photohelic pressure gauge.
- Discharge via air tight connections into (1) 55 gallon drum (not supplied).
- 10 HP motor with Twin Cities Fan, top mounted.
- Support platform and legs position the unit approximately 4′ above the ground.
- Magnetic starter not included.
- See optional all-in-one timer board/pressure gauge/motor starter/disconnect option.
- Filter media available in Cellulose,polyester,PTFE Membrane,water and oil resistance and fire resistance.
