Bossmanfilter offer brush type self-cleaning filter series is suitable for severe working conditions. For different use requirements, it can be equipped with 25-3500 µ filter screen, 2 "- 36"" caliber. The self-cleaning process of the filter is started by monitoring the differential pressure at the inlet and outlet of the filter at one time. Generally, the preset value of the differential pressure switch is 0.5bar (7psi). The filter has the advantages of continuous filtration, simple maintenance and safe operation, so it is widely used in many industries.
working principle: The fluid containing impurities enters the filter chamber of the automatic filter, where the flow rate of the fluid in the pipeline decreases. The fluid passes through the sealed filter screen element in radial form, and the sundries are intercepted on the screen surface, and the clean fluid continuously flows out through the outlet.
When the impurities intercepted on the surface of the screen are accumulated continuously, which reduces the effective filtering area of the screen to form a differential pressure and reaches the set differential pressure value, the motor starts to drive the cleaning component to clean the screen 360 degrees without dead angle, and the automatic blowdown valve opens to discharge the impurities. When the differential pressure returns to the initial value, the automatic blowdown valve closes and the motor stops working. The automatic filter system can automatically intermittent or continuous blowdown two modes can be selected.
